Priority Mail - $7.95 for this auction and $1.50 for

International orders – UPS, USPS or USPS Global Priority Standard Shipping

Canada – Standard International Shipping $6.50 for

defects. Should a product be defective it must be returned within 30 days
of purchase.

Please do not bid on an item if you do not
intend to pay. We will not cancel bids or transactions. If you make a purchase,
you are expected to follow through.
You have a “TRACKING NUMBER”, (delivery
confirmation number). Find it in “order details” for your item. It is a direct
link to the USPS site, which will allow you to track your shipment. If you have
an international order you will be emailed the tracking # through the EBay
email system. Please check your email folders before asking for the tracking #.
We are not responsible for misdirected shipments
due to insufficient address. You need to have your correct address in “PayPal”. If you need to make revisions, please email us
immediately after your purchase. Do not wait until the next day- it may have
already shipped.

this product new and sealed?
A. Yes, all of our DVDs are
brand new, still sealed, never opened, never played. These are not copied,
burned or Asian DVDs. They are new U.S. release.
Q. Is this DVD region one?
A. Yes, all of our DVDs are region one. This means they are exactly
the same as you would buy at any retail store in the country. Region one means that they are manufactured
to play on DVD players in the United States and Canada.
Q. Do you ship to any other country?
A. Yes, Canada and if noted in the auction worldwide.
Q. Do you ship APO/FPO?
A. Yes.
Q. Can I pick up if I live locally?
A. We do not offer local pick up option.
Q. Do you accept personal checks?
A. No, we do not. Money orders or cashier’s checks only, please. Personal
checks will be returned to sender.
Q. Is it full screen or wide screen?
A. This question is answered in the listing for the item, under
"display format", or sometimes under "item description". If
there is nothing specified in the listing, this means that it does not specify
on the product, and therefore, we will not know.
Q. Have you shipped my item yet?
A. If it has been more than 3 days since payment has cleared, it
has shipped. We often ship same or next day. If your
tracking says “does not indicate receipt”, this does not mean that your package has not shipped. USPS
will only show when your package is scanned at post offices in route, and when
delivered. Bear in mind that if you paid via pending e-check, your shipment will take additional time,
sometimes a week or more, as we do not ship until the e-check has cleared
Q. How long is shipping?
A. As stated in our listing, priority shipping is within 2 to 5 business days.
USPS quotes shipping time on media mail as 2 to 9 business days. This does not include weekends or
holidays, and is just an ESTIMATE.
Please realize that we do not control USPS shipping time. Please
do not email us unless it has been 3 weeks since payment cleared,
and your package shipped via media mail hasn't arrived.
Q. Will you take less for this item?
A. We do not negotiate our prices, or shipping prices.
If you do not agree with shipping prices, do not purchase. We offer a great overall price on our merchandise.
Q. Do you combine shipping?
A. Yes, on most single “eligible” items (usually does not
include multi sets). Additional auctions
purchased ship for $1.50. Please do not
pay for your items until you are finished shopping, or the system cannot
combine your items to give you a
discount. If you have problems combining, just email us and we'll send you
a new invoice
Q. Can I return?
A. We do not offer money back returns. If there is a problem, such as a defective
item, we will have you ship the item back to us, and we'll happily send a new
one. This seldom happens, but the
merchandise is sealed, so we would not be aware if there is a problem inside the package. If there is any problem, just let us know. We
will deal with issues on an individual basis.
Please do not leave negative
feedback before giving us a chance to correct a situation. We want every buyer to
be happy with their purchase.
Q. Can you please send feedback?
A. We leave feedback as soon as you have received your merchandise,
the transaction is complete, and we have received positive feedback.
Q. Our tracking number shows the item was
delivered, but we have not received it.
A. We cannot be responsible for a shipment if USPS has marked
it "delivered". Insurance
is strongly recommended. This way,
you can file a claim with the postal service. We do not file claims for you,
but we will provide any additional information needed by USPS.
Q. Can I pay next week?
A. Yes, we allow up to two weeks to receive payment. On the
15th day, an “unpaid item” will be filed.
