THE SAXONS -- Love Minus Zero/No Limit -- original mid-1960's private press U.S. album features duo doing incredibly strange, baroque folk-rock versions of The Beatles' I Want To Hold Your Hand, covers of Dylan's Mr. Tambourine Man, title song and Farewell, plus Gordon Lightfoot's If You're Leavin', others. Haunting track Andorra is likely the record's high point. Album signed on the back in blue ballpoint pen: "To Jenny - Many Thanks - The Saxons." Cover VG/VG+, ring wear, wear at corners, name in black ink on upper right of back cover, stains along top half of back cover. Record VG+/VG++, light scuff-scratches on both sides, on black Mirrosonic label, U.S. pressing.
