Volume V, Number 4 published December 1991 by Valley forge Historical society, Valley, forge PA. this publication is devoted entirely to the raid on Pearl Harbor, Dec. 7, 1941, incuding the Arizona Memorial and its dedication, Rembering Pearl Harbor Fifty Years Later, and Excerpte of Remarks by Pres. George H. W. Bush made on Dec. 7, 1991 at the Commemorative Ceremonies. Booklet has a First Day of Issue Cancellation of a Kentucky 29-cent stamp marking 200 years. the Circulation Date Stamp is from Danville, KY and is dated June 1, 1992. Don't see the connection between the booklet and first day issue stamp.... Clean tight copy of this historic booklet. Proceeds benefit Lancaster PA Public Library.
