By bidding you enter a binding contract with Aleegolds Boutique. Payment must be received within 10 days of the end of the auction.


Feedback Policy
We automatically leave feedback for all our customers once an item is paid for.

Once you receive the item and you are happy with it we request that you leave us feedback as well. Ebay has a new feedback system which is very important to all sellers. It is called DSR (detailed seller rating) You would leave a regular comment as always then there is the DSR. 4 separate categories were you leave a star rating from 1-5 stars. The 4 categories are:

• Item as described
• Communication
• Shipping time
• Shipping and handling charges

It is very important to me that we get 5 STARS in each of the 4 categories. In order For me to keep my power seller status I need to maintain at least a 4.5 average. I also I am not able to get any discounts from Ebay unless I maintain at least a 4.6 to a 4.8. The star system rating is as follows:

• 5 star rating each category is good to excellent
• 4 star rating in each category is fair at best
• And 1-3 stars is terrible to fair

I strive for all 5 star ratings and 100% customer satisfaction, if you were unhappy in any way I hope you will first give me the chance to make things right prior to leaving bad feedback.


Sales Tax
I collect sales tax of 8.62% from all New York residents. I do not charge sales tax, I only collect it for the state of New York.

Shipping


All United States Customers

Shipping costs for all items I sell are FREE to all USA customers.

• We ship via fedex and the us post office. We ship 6 days a week Mon - Sat.
• All orders paid for prior to 6pm est will ship the next business day
• All orders paid for after 6pm will be processed the next evening
  and shipped out the next business day
• USPS First Class Mail takes generally 3-10 days approx
• USPS Priority mail takes generally 2-4 days approx
• Fedex takes generally 3-7 days approx

All USA customers get FREE SHIPPING on all items that I sell!

Insurance for USA customers is optional and is:

• $1.75 for item costs between $1.00 & $50.00
• $2.00 for item costs between $50.01 & $99.99
• $3.00 for item costs between $100.00 & $150.00
• $4.00 for item costs between $150.01 & 200.00

All International Customers

Check individual listing descriptions for shipping pricing, every listing will have shipping for that specific item.

International Customers

At Aleegolds Boutique we gladly ship any were in the world, we only have the following information to give all international buyers.


• Please note I will not mark the item as gift, and I will not lower the declaration of the product so you pay less import taxes.



• Import duty taxes are the buyers responsibility and are generally between 5% and 25% of the cost of the item, each country is different so consult your local customs office for exact import duties prior too bidding.

PayPal payments go to 'aleegold@aol.com'. Be sure to make just ONE payment for all items you win from us. Include the ITEM NAMES and ITEM NUMBERS with your payment. Aleegolds Boutique will automatically send out combined invoices for you. Each time you win an item you will receive an updated invoice when you are totally done buying just pay the one invoice that has all the items that you won on it.


Returns & Exchanges

If a product is defective we will gladly replace the item for you once we receive the defective item back. Buyer is responsible for shipping to the seller. I then will ship you a new one. Refunds are generally not given but each circumstance is different. Also if refund is in order, it will not be given until item or items have been returned in the same condition that they were sent. Also shipping to me is at buyers expense. All refunds are strictly for the auction item price shipping and handling is not refundable.
