RED HOT PETERS!!

NOT AN XXX LISTING,
BUT HOT PEPPER SEEDS!!

Everyone needs a little Ret Hot Peter now and then...
Now you can have as many as you like!
(Or as many as you can handle)
Grow your own Red Hot Peters!!
This is the actual name of this variety of peppers!
Grows 3" to 5" Fully edible peppers with a sweet, hot flavor when ripened to red. An heirloom variety, the Peter Pepper was mostly ornamental, grown as a novelty due to it's appearance. The Peter Pepper can be used in salsa's and other dishes. Just use them in the same way you'd use other hot peppers. 35,000 to 55,000 Scoville Heat Units, so they are not so hot that it is like consuming fire, but not so mild that you wish it was more "picante". A friend who is a fan of Thai peppers just recently said the flavor of the Peter pepper was "close" to Thai pepper, and "almost as hot, but not quite as hot". It's just right to add zing to any dish that you'd ordinarly use hot peppers in. Finely chop one of these peppers in a pot of beans, peas, gumbo, chili. Use them in any food that you'd normally use Thai Peppers in. I dry mine and grind them into chili powder which I sprinkle on pizza, popcorn, baked potato's, anything really!
High concentration of vitamin C!
