At ROCK-ON-COLLECTIBLES we arrived at our shipping rate by calculating the size, weight, reinforcements and protective packaging that goes into each item. Customer care is foremost and we want your purchase to arrive in the same condition it leaves our store. All items are shipped in brand new materials, ie. poster tubes, flat mailers, envelopes, protective sleeves, etc.

PAYMENT

Payment MUST arrive within 10 days of end of auction. Unless you contact us and offer a valid explanation why payment may be delayed, we are no longer obligated to sell you the item after 10 days. Failure to comply will result in us taking the appropriate steps for the non paying bidder process through Ebay. Our store hours are M-Thursday from 9 AM to 4 PM Central Standard Time. Items purchased, as well as auctions ending, over a weekend will be invoiced the following business day.
