Up for auction is this TICKLE ME ELMO ELECTRONIC TALKING MOVING TOY. It's in BRAND NEW SEALED condition. The TMX 10th Anniversary model limited edition. Has a great look. Would be great for all ages. An excellent addition for the avid muppets collector.

By bidding on my items, it means you have read my Terms and Conditions and abide by them. I use Fedex and/or Canada Post, whichever is cheaper. I only charge EXACT shipping costs, and add minimal charges onto that cost, to cover shipping materials used. I charge no "handling" fee. Please remember, shipping charges and shipping times are up to Fedex/Canada Post. Sorry, No Pickup. Payment is by Paypal only. Buyer is responsible for mailing costs and insurance. I always use quality packing materials like peanuts and bubble wrap and will double box when needed. I cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items, under any circumstance , once they leave me, and if there is an accepted claim, then, you must wait for reimbursement from the carrier. Reimbursement takes anywhere from 60 to 120 days. Please note that Canada Post does not cover any breakage for glass or ceramic products. I pack well enough to compensate for that.
Payment is required within 3 days of the auction ending. If I do not receive payment, then, I will file a Dispute for Non-Payment with Ebay. If there is a problem, and payment cannot be made within this time period, please confirm by e-mail FIRST BEFORE BIDDING that this would be acceptable.
All sales are final. I am not an expert at everything I sell and I do not pretend to be, so some of my knowledge may be limited. Your help is always appreciated. I take great pride in describing my items and do my very best to be thorough while examining each piece, but I am human and might miss small imperfections ... please remember, these items are not new (unless otherwise stated), and therefore most will show wear or use in some way, shape or form.
