Up for auction is an adorable 18k yellow gold & diamonds Tiffany & Co. Elsa Peretti heart ring. This ring is nicely crafted in solid 18k gold with the top carved in the form of a little heart. Set on each side of the heart shape is a sparkling single cut diamond. Inside of the ring is the Tiffany & Co. hallmark as well as the name of the designer Elisa Peretti. This is a lovely designer piece that is being offered here for a price far below retail!
