I ship out of the country, but there has to be some sort of tracking on the item.  All purchases no matter what the dollar amount.  The cheapest tracking serive is registered mail, which would be a charge of $15.

I also offer combined shipping on all items.  The first item in the (US) only is 2.50, each additional is .50.
