2 Bedroom Unit.  Approximate Size is 1250 Sq. Ft.    WEEK 12     Maintenance Fee is $650     Annual Usage 

 

Your ownership usage will begin in the year 2010.  This ownership is annual usage. Maintenance fees are due by January 1st  every year and the $650 est. maint. fee includes your taxes.  To start using your week, simply prepay the 2010 maintenance fee and make your reservations.  This week can be exchanged with Interval International, you can view excellent photos of the resort at their website which is (www) then causewayongull.org

This resort week sold originally for 11,000 dollars.  Buy here for less and save tens of thousands compared to current timeshare pricing.

Your cost for the purchase of this timeshare will be the winning bid, and  the prep/tax/recording fee of $98 which includes the resorts transfer fee.   I have no hidden costs and do not charge closing costs that at some places exceed $500.00.
