A Timeshare Interest consisting of an estate for years terminating on December 31, 2022, during which period the Owner thereof shall have the exclusive right each year to use and occupy the below described Unit within The Christie Lodge, as shown on the Plat thereof, duly recorded in the Office of the Clerk and Recorder of Eagle County, Colorado, in Book 309, at Page 668, as well as the right to use and enjoy the Common Elements and the Common Furnishings appurtenant to said Unit during the Designated Season and Fixed Vacation Week(s) set forth below or the right each year to reserve and occupy said Unit, and to use and enjoy the Common Elements and the Common Furnishings appurtenant to said Unit during the Designated Season and for the number of Floating Vacation Weeks set forth below, subject to the First Supplemental Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions “Supplemental Declaration” duly recorded in the office of the Clerk and Recorder of Eagle County, Colorado in Book 350 at Page 920; together with a vested remainder in fee simple absolute in and to the below-described Unit, as tenant in common with the other Owners of Timeshare Interests in said Unit, in such undivided ownership interest as is set forth in Exhibit “C” to the Supplemental Declaration.
