Your ownership usage will begin in the year 2010.  This ownership is annual usage. Maintenance fees are due by January 1st  every year and the $650 est. maint. fee includes your taxes. To start using your week simply prepay the 2010 maintenance fee, and start making your reservation. This week can be exchanged with Interval International, you can view excellent photos of the resort at their website which is (www) then intervalworld.com


This resort week sold originally for 13,500 dollars.  Buy here for less and save tens of thousands compared to current timeshare pricing.
