Maintenance fees are due by January 1st  every year and the $400 est. maint. fee includes your taxes.  This week can be exchanged with Resort Condominiums International, you can view excellent photos of the resort at their website which is (www). then libertemgt.com This resort week sold originally for 14,000 dollars.  Buy here for less and save tens of thousands compared to current timeshare pricing.
