Treetops Village is located in the community of Four Seasons on Lake of the Ozarks, just a half-mile from Lodge of the Four Seasons. Lodge of the Four Seasons is noted for its two 18-hole golf courses, restaurants, and marina. Guests at Treetops Village have access to many of the Four Seasons' amenities. 2 Bedroom  Unit.  Approximate Size is 1250 Sq. Ft.   RED WEEK 29    Maintenance Fee is $375     Annual Usage

 

Your ownership usage will begin in the year 2010.  This ownership is annual usage. Maintenance fees are due by January 1st  every year and the $375 est. maint. fee includes your taxes.  To start using your week, simply prepay the 2010 maintenance fee and make your reservations.  This week can be exchanged with Interval International, you can view excellent photos of the resort at their website which is (www) then treetopvillage.org

This resort week sold originally for 10,000 dollars.  Buy here for less and save tens of thousands compared to current timeshare pricing.
