Your ownership usage will begin in the year 2010.  This ownership is annual usage. Maintenance fees are due by January 1st  every year and the $750 est. maint. fee includes your taxes.  To start using your week, simply prepay the 2010 maintenance fee and make your reservations.  This week can be exchanged with Resort Condominiums  International, you can view excellent photos of the resort at their website which is (www) then dailymanagementresorts.com

This resort week sold originally for 10,000 dollars.  Buy here for less and save tens of thousands compared to current timeshare pricing.

A: This is in the weeks system, it is a 2 bedroom lockout. It is Annual and obviously I need to send that staff member to Geography class as this could not be considered Orlando. Thanks for looking.
