Your ownership usage will begin in the year 2010.  This ownership is 20,000 points, annual usage. Maintenance fees are due by January 1st  each year and the $2400 est. maint. fee includes your taxes.  To start using your week, simply prepay the 2010 maintenance fee and make your reservation.  This week can be exchanged with Interval International and RCI, you can view excellent photos of the resort at their website which is (www) then diamondresorts.com

This resort week sold originally for 15,000 dollars.  Buy here for less and save tens of thousands compared to current timeshare pricing.
