Your ownership usage will begin in the year 2010. This ownership is 71 VI points, annual usage. Maintenance fees are due by July 31st every year and the $545 est. maint. fee includes your taxes. To start using your week, simply prepay the 2010 maintenance fees and make your reservations. This week can be exchanged with Resort Condominiums International, you can view excellent photos of the resort at their website.
