Your cost for the purchase of this timeshare will be the winning bid plus the prep/tax/recording cost of $248.00.This includes the resort transfer fee which can run as much as $250 at some resorts. We INCLUDE it as part of the transaction and we handle all of the resorts internal paperwork on your behalf. I have no hidden costs and do not charge closing costs that at some places exceed $500.00.
If you wish to have title insurance or another company conduct your closing the Buyer will be responsible for those fees and you must receive my permission in writing before you bid. Title companies can take too long to close in some cases and I would prefer not to have your bid if that is the case.
