A Beautiful brand new baby girl sculpt 'Anna-Maria' by Linde Scherer
I was thrilled to have the opportunity to reborn one of the first of this adorable newborn baby girl sculpted by the ever talented Linde Scherer. Anna-Maria is so dainty and realistic with her beautiful wide open eyes and adorable expression! Her realism is absolutely stunning. I have given her a head of the softest, fluffy newborn curls that is incredibly fine and exactly like that of many newborn babies. She has the sweetest open mouth that is perfect for a little thumb sucking! Anna-Maria is a perfect newborn size and weight and feels amazing to hold. She will melt your heart, she has got mine!

Anna-Maria has been weighted using the tiniest glass granules in her limbs
and head and her body has been filled with a combination of lovely squishy baby fat and faux fleece. Anna-Maria has a beautiful soft doe suede body that really is gorgeously cuddly. Her head is a little 'floppy' like a real newborn and will need gentle support.
To comply with export regulations there is no sand in her at all. She feels incredibly real and sooo cuddly in your arms. Anna-Maria can wear newborn sized clothing perfectly.

Little Anna-Maria has been carefully coloured with Genesis heat set
paints, that will never fade. I have spent five years now perfecting my skin technique of which I am very proud and spend many days applying delicate layers to create the perfect newborn colouring with blotching and dry skin patches and some small stork bites. She has gentle blue tones in her finer skinned areas and very delicate veining - not strongly
visible but enough to create amazing realism. I have given Anna-Maria the softest most natural lips using many different translucent shades to create the most realistic lips possible. Not one single detail has been overlooked from the top of her head to her ten tiny toes. Her skin retains a soft dewy look and looks petal soft. Anna-Maria has the most beautifully sculpted expressive hands that I have been very careful to colour to look incredibly real.

Anna-Maria has had her scalp delicately and realistically detailed and then
I have micro rooted the most gorgeous premium quality soft, dark brown angora kid mohair into her head with the tiniest of needles and glued it from the inside
with waterproof glue so that her lovely baby fine head can be carefully washed like a real baby.
I have given Anna-Maria the finest head of the softest, loveliest hair completely directionally rooted with a swirled crown. I know a lot of collectors do not like to have to spend an age styling hair which looks frizzy and flies away from the scalp without careful damping down. Her hair really does look and behave EXACTLY as seen in her photos with little effort. It is the most beautiful soft, 'newborn' hair and deliciously fine. I have spent very little time in all of the photos styling her hair.

Her beautiful little head looks so realistic......
Anna-Maria has the most gorgeous hands and feet that I took a great deal of care and attention detailing. I have given her the most beautiful top quality newborn eyes that really do look as if she is trying to focus intently on your face and the most realistic, very fine baby eyebrows and the very finest and barely noticeable eyelashes, again for that 'newborn' look. This lovely baby has touches of moisture in just the right places to look just like a living baby. Anna-Maria also has a sweet magnetic pacifier.
