Brand spankin' new!...factory original.
Like New Condition
Shows virtually no traces of wear and is nearly impossible to distinguish from new. May show signs of very minor "shop wear", but in most cases, you'd be hard pressed to tell the difference from new…we just have the luxury of a super-duper magnifying glass!
Fine Condition
Shows some visible signs of limited use, but is in fantastic shape and has been exceptionally well maintained. If you look really close, you may see some minor or faint cosmetic blemishes (e.g., very light scuffing and/or scratching), but overall, the luster of new is still very much alive.
Very Good Condition
Shows general wear associated with normal use over the course of a season or more but has been well cared for. Does not retain any of the "new look" but is in better than average condition. There is absolutely no sign of abuse. Cosmetic imperfections are typically visible. Examples include: scuffing, scratching, tiny paint blemishes, shallow dings/nicking, and normal shaft wear. Unless otherwise noted, there are absolutely NO pop-up marks in the crown of any woods.
Good Condition
Shows frequent to heavy use but does not show any signs of abuse. Cosmetic blemishes are clearly visible and may include: pop-up marks, heavy scuffing and scratching, paint chipping, heavy finish wear, shaft burn and pitting, natural dings/nicking/gouges, etc. Ideal for those who are less concerned with cosmetics and are looking for great value and performance!
Fair Condition
Shows substantial wear, heavy use, and obvious signs of abuse/neglect. The performance of this club(s) is perfectly in tact, but it definitely won't win any beauty prizes. If you can get past the cosmetics, there is plenty of life still in this one!...plus, get it for a steal!
Open Box, Cancelled Orders
These clubs have NEVER been hit! However, they cannot be sold as new as they could have been unhit returns, floor samples, or items removed and returned to the box, without purchase. It is unlikely but Open Box, Cancelled Orders condition clubs could exhibit some minor scuffs on the sole or some other form of shop wear. Typically a very significant value!
Factory Blemish
New product which has not passed inspection because of a minor cosmetic-only flaw. May or may not be noticeable. NO structural or performance defects. 100% manufacturer warranty stands. Typically a very significant value.
Refurbished
Otherwise known as reconditioned. Usually refers to golf clubs. Examples are metalwoods that have been factory refinished or irons that have been factory sandblasted. Sometimes these clubs are indistinguishable from new, sometimes not. Always in excellent condition.

For specific small, low value items such as socks, gloves, headcovers, etc. we do offer US Postal Service Priority Mail for shipments within the Continental U.S. Due to unpredictable delivery times and the inability to track shipments, US Postal Service Priority Mail is not available for any of our items for which it is not specifically indicated in our shipping rate table.
For those of you in a hurry, we also offer expedited shipping options including FedEx Standard Overnight, Priority Overnight and 2 Day. Prices for these expedited services are quoted in our checkout system for you to consider.
Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico:
US Postal Service Priority Mail is our standard shipping method to AK, HI and PR. We also offer FedEx Standard Overnight, Priority Overnight and 2 Day services, if available to your zip code. USPS Priority Mail typically takes 5-14 days to arrive to you and is not trackable. Delivery confirmation is included on all USPS shipments and is included in your charge. APO/FPO Addresses and US Protectorates/Territories:
We ship to APO/FPO addresses via US Postal Service Priority Mail. We can ship nearly all items to you, although some restrictions do apply. Delivery time varies widely from 5-30 days; although most items arrive in less than 2 weeks. Delivery confirmation is not currently available. For shipping rates, view our rates table.
Days in Transit:
Days in transit are Monday through Friday only. Saturday, Sunday and National holidays are not considered days in transit. Also, the day that your order leaves our facility is not considered a day in transit. For example:
• A FedEx 2 Day package shipped on Monday will arrive on Wednesday
• A FedEx 2 Day package shipped on Friday will arrive on the following Tuesday

You will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail the day that your order leaves our facility. This email is generated at the close of business day and will contain your tracking number (if available) along with a link to the tracking website for your package. Please note that the US Postal Service does not offer package tracking at this time; so USPS shipments will not be trackable.
Customer Pickups:
You are welcome to pickup your order at our West Bridgewater facility Monday through Friday between the hours of 12pm and 5pm EST. If you complete payment for your order by 2pm EST (M-F), you may pick up your order the same day. For orders where payment is completed after 2pm EST (M-F), you may pick up your order the next business day. We are not a retail facility; so orders being picked up MUST be paid for in advance. Massachusetts sales tax of 6.25% will also be applied to all pickups. Please contact us in advance to arrange for a pickup so that we may have your order pulled and waiting for you.

We want you to know that 3balls is all about providing outstanding golf values to our customers around the world - and that goes for shipping and handling charges as well! Our goal is to get your clubs to you as safely, quickly and economically as humanly possible! One of our challenges, however, is something called "Dimensional Weighting", a clever invention of shipping companies that factors-in how much room a package takes up instead of simply going by weight when assigning shipping costs...particularly for air shipments (which means all of our international packages). So unless someone invents "foldable golf clubs", we're kind of at the shipper's mercy.
Please know that between the requirements of "Dimensional Weighting" and the high-tech shipping materials we use in order to protect your clubs en-route, our shipping/handling costs are at the lowest we can possibly make them. We hope you'll bear this reality in mind when you rate us on our shipping/handling costs. (We're trying very hard to earn 5 stars every single time!)

Brokerage Fees:
FedEx International Priority is a brokerage paid service. This means that our shipping charge includes the cost of shipping and brokerage fees. While you will be responsible for customs duties, taxes and any additional import fees upon delivery, you will not be subject to third party brokerage charges.
US Postal Service Air Letter/Parcel Post:
For specific small, low value items such as socks, gloves, headcovers, etc. we do offer US Postal Service Letter/Parcel Post for international shipments. Due to unpredictable delivery times and the inability to track shipments, US Postal Service Air Letter/Parcel Post is not available for any of our items for which it is not specifically indicated in our shipping rate table.
Please note that USPS Air Letter Post is a very reliable service, but it is slow. In our experience, 2-3 weeks is the average transit time for USPS but packages regularly take anywhere from 1 to 5 weeks to arrive after leaving our facility. USPS shipments are fully insured but they are not trackable at this time.
Customs Duties and Taxes:
Depending on your country’s laws, you may be subject to import duties and taxes on your purchase. Your charge from 3balls includes only the cost of your item(s) and the cost of shipping, and you will be responsible for paying any additional import duties and taxes at the time of delivery prior to your package being released to you. Please note that we have no control over these charges nor can we predict accurately what they may be. Customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country; so please contact your local government office if you'd like more information.
Commercial Invoices and Declared Values:
All of our international shipments include a commercial invoice. We represent all of our products as merchandise and the declared value for each item will be the exact price that you paid for it. We cannot, under any circumstances, lower the declared value or mark the package as anything but merchandise (this means NO gifts!!). We also note shipping charges on the commercial invoice as required by the carrier. We do not include the shipping charges in the value of the item.

Shipping Mishaps:
What has the shipping company done for you?...if you’ve answered something like, “…they damaged my package,” please contact us immediately, and we’ll do our very best to take care of it. We insure all of our items for the full purchase price. We will do everything in our power to get you an acceptable replacement or to facilitate a prompt repair. If this cannot be achieved, we will provide you with a full refund.
If the item you receive does not match the order you placed with us, please contact our Customer Service department for assistance. A representative will help you determine the best way to get the correct item to you as quickly as possible.
Condition Related Returns:
We take great care in describing the condition of our products accurately. If you receive your order and feel that the condition is not consistent with our representation, please let us know immediately (within 3 days of receipt), and we'll do our very best to make you happy. If we're unable to, just pay to ship the item(s) back, and we'll fully refund your original winning price.
Items returned must be in the same condition that they were received in order to receive full credit. Items purchased in "New", "Open Box, Cancelled Orders" or "Like New" condition and then used (even once) are not returnable.
Warranty:
We stand behind every item that we sell and will do everything possible to assure that you're satisfied. We are an Authorized Factory Warranty Fulfillment Center for all of the brands that we represent. Should your merchandise be damaged through defect or otherwise, we'll be happy to facilitate replacement or repair for you.
Return Procedure:
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). Please contact us by email (auctions@3balls.com) or by phone 508-580-8770 M-F 9am-5pm EST) to receive your RMA # before returning an item. Upon receipt of your RMA #, please clearly write this RMA # on the outside of the box containing your return and then ship it back to us. We recommend that you fully insure any item(s) that you return to us just to be safe. As for the return process:
• All returns will be inspected prior to a refund being issued.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable duties and taxes.
• A restocking fee of 10% of the original purchase price may be applicable.
• Refund will be calculated as follows*:
[Original sales price + any applicable sales tax – any applicable restocking fee]
• Refunds will be issued within 10 days of receipt of the item.
* Upon inspection, if we determine that the item was inaccurately condition rated or described, we will issue you a complete refund, including original and return shipping.
