Note:    We offer our Toilet Bidet Adapter on eBay without the optional Installation Plumbing Kit because we have found that many of our customers do not require these accessories and, therefore, should not have to buy and pay for them.    These include buyers who are replacing an existing Toilet Bidet or hand held Bidet Spray; or their plumbing system is such that a different method of connection to the water supply is required.    For those who are able to utilize our 24" x 1/2" braided flexible hoses and toilet tank T-Connectors,  we offer a Bidet Adapter Combo Package, which includes these accessories, available from our eBay Store.    Click on the above text link for information on our Bidet Adapter Combo Package.

Defective items may be returned for replacement, with RMA number, if returned to Bidet Ole, Inc., and received within 30 days of receipt by Buyer. If unit is defective, Buyer must notify Bidet Ole, Inc. by e-mail, for RMA number, within 14 days of receipt.   

Cost of shipping items returned for replacement shall be paid by Buyer and a tracking number shall be provided to Bidet Ole, Inc. (bidets4sale).  We will pay the cost of shipping the replacement.

If unit is defective, buyer must notify Bidet Ole, Inc. by e-mail, for RMA number, within 14 days of receipt.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We ship to ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD. We ship by USPS MAIL within 48 hours (2 business days) of receipt of payment and confirmation of delivery address. We also e-mail the tracking number or customs declaration number to you. Purchases will be shipped to the address shown on the Buyer's payment submission checkout page. If items are returned undelivered, for any reason, a service charge of $14.95 will be assessed and must be paid before we re-ship the item.
