Tole World has always been a favorite magazine for tole painters and decorative artists. Each issue comes with full-size patterns for projects in Oils, Acrylics, and Watercolors. It is packed full of inspiration and learning techniques for artists of all skill levels. This is the February 2000 issue with 67 step-by-step painting illustrations and 12 "Heartwarming" projects. All patterns are included.

Featured on the front cover is "Embroidery", painted so realistically by Antoinette Cox, that you will think it is stitchery made of thread! It is painted on a deep heart-shaped Papier Mache Box that I am selling in a separate listing.
