Terms & Conditions:
Payment: I accept PayPal only. Winning bidder will be sent an e-mail invoice shortly after auction ends (except when multiple items are being bid on, in which case I will wait until final auction has ended). Buyer is expected to notify seller of payment method within 3 days of end of auction. Payment is expected within 5 days of end of auction.
Shipping to United States: I ship US Postal Service for a fixed price of $4.00 per item. Multiple items won within a 3-day (72-hour) period are eligible for combined shipping rates. Combined shipping is $4.00 for the first item and $1.50 for each additional item won within the 3-day period. To qualify for combined shipping rates, all items must be paid for at the same. Items are shipped Monday thru Saturday and are usually shipped within 24 hours of payment.
International Shipping: I ship worldwide. The cost for shipping to all destinations other than the U.S. is $5.50 for the first item and $2.50 for each additional item purchased within a 3-day, 72-hour period. To qualify for combined shipping rates, all items purchased must be paid for at the same time. International shipping is shipped via First Class Mail International which typically takes 5 to 10 business days for delivery. Items are shipped Monday thru Saturday and are usually shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
Descriptions: Although I learn more about jewelry every day, I am by no means an expert. My items are described to the best of my ability and as accurately as possible. If you have questions about an item or if something is unclear or you need additional details, please ask questions before bidding. I will respond to your question as quickly and as thoroughly as possible.
Insurance: Insurance is optional. My charges for insurance are as follows: $1.65 for first $50.00 of coverage. Please see USPS website for insurance rates for purchases over $50.00. Insurance is recommended.
Insurance is not available on international shipments.
Bidding: Your bid is a contract with this seller. Please do not bid if you are not serious about purchasing the item and do not intend to pay. Negative feedback will be left for non-paying bidders and they will be blocked from bidding on any of my future auctions.
Returns: All Sales Final. If item is found to be defective, replacement or refund may be given at seller’s discretion. If refund is granted, item will be returned to seller and all applicable shipping charges will be deducted from amount of refund. I will not be held responsible for items damaged by the US Postal Service when Insurance is not purchased.
Feedback: I believe that the buyer’s payment is only the beginning phase of each transaction. A sale is not complete until the buyer has received their product. Timely feedback will be left when buyer leaves feedback and indicates that transaction is complete and that their item has been received.
