TIMING

We need 2 to 3 days after we receive payment to prepare our orders. If you need your item sooner please let us know and we will be happy to accomodate you. Please check our shipping schedule below.

We accept PayPal or checks or cashiers checks or money orders.

SHIPPING SCHEDULE

We ship on MONDAYS and THURSDAYS for all payments received at least THREE DAYS prior to the shipping date. We need the intervening time to polish and pack our orders. During holiday seasons we ship more freqently. We make every effort to ship each Monday and Thursday but occasionally we are out of town on business.

For special circumstances please let us know your needs and we will ship as necessary so you can get your silver on time. Normally if we receive payment within three days of the shipping day the order will not be shipped until the next shipping cycle. If you are not in a real hurry we would appreciate it if you could stay with our schedule.

FAIR SHIPPING CHARGES

Buyer pays the actual cost for shipping and insurance (no handling fees or hidden charges) . We are happy to combine orders to reduce shipping costs. Insurance and postage (including delivery confirmation or signature confirmation) are at standard USPS rates - we do not take any profit from shipping or insurance.

Our first email to you will describe your shipping charges in complete detail. For example the shipping charge for an item under $50 in a USPS Priority Mail box is $7.10. For $50-100 it is $7.60. For $100-150 it is $8.05 etc. Please note: Insurance charges are always at the standard USPS rate but the USPS postage stamp may not include the insurance charge as we use third-party insurance for some types of packages.

REDUCED SHIPPING CHARGE OPTION

If you order a single small item we can ship it by regular non-priority USPS mail in an insured bubble envelope for $3.75. This will not work for multiple pieces or larger serving pieces or knives as they may get dented if sent this way.

CALIFORNIA SALES TAX

California residents pay 7.25% sales tax unless tax exempt.
