We will take every measure to insure proper packaging of your equipment purchases. If item does get damaged in route to you, we will try to aid you in filing a damage claim with the freight carrier.
Crating and packing will be quoted and billed to customer at our cost unless otherwise noted in auction listing. If the item is shipped within the state of Washington, your local sales tax will be added to your total.
Any warranties on new equipment through the manufacturer only. There are no warranties of either merchantability or fitness for a particular use. Because we are a dealer with other web and showroom sales, we reserve the right to end this auction at any time.

All returns must be pre- approved by ORE Inc. Return freight must be pre-paid by buyer. ORE Inc. will not accept any returns freight collect. Merchandise must be returned un-used and in the same mechanical and cosmetic condition as when shipped.
