This is a vintage tin toy concrete mixer truck made by Toymaster  in Japan.. The truck measures 8-1/4 inches long and is in nice condition. It is friction powered. It works. It has grey body, colorful lithos and spin-able mixer that lifts with lever. .  It has hard rubber tires.  A super nice old piece. Please look at the pictures below and feel free to ask any questions.
