Can send it back within 30 days for a refund of the purchase price.  Decals can be shipped back as a ball of vinyl.  Other items must be shipped back in its original condition.

WRONG ITEM:
The item needs to be shipped back in its original condition and once received your return shipping will be reimbursed ($1.00-$1.50 for decals and $2.50-$5.00 for caps) and a replacement shipped to you.
