This is a playset Mattel called transforming gotham city, series Batman begins. It is new in box, ages 4 and up.

It features 9 action stations, battle cable, combat stage #1, arkham asylum, sewer control panel, combat stage #2, break apart water tower, acton corkscrew, removable train, and ware house platform. Figures are sold separately. Features light and sound.
