Payment We accept payment via paypal, bank transfer, money
orders and cashiers checks. Absolutely no personal checks!
Paypal payments will be
accepted only if you live in the USA, Canada or the UK and you have a confirmed
address. If your address is not confirmed by paypal, your payment will be
denied. You can confirm your address in several different ways, please use
paypal's help section to find out how. This security measure is necessary due to
a rise in fraudulent activity, and it confirms your identity as well as protects
us from doing something wrong. Bank transfer to our German
bank account in Euro is accepted from everyone else in Europe who doesn't want
to send us an international money order. Account details will be sent to you in
the "Congratulations! You won..." email but can be found here as well:

Please write S. Hannuscheck or
S. Linke for recipient and put your eBay name and item number, otherwise it will
be difficult to find your transaction and cause delays in processing your
item.
Money orders
and cashier's checks work well for everyone who
needs to pay us both domestically and internationally. Banks and post offices
sell these. In the USA you can get them at supermarkets and drugstores as
well.
Domestic
Shipping Once we receive
CLEARED payment, we will generally ship out your purchase within one business
day. Business days are considered Monday thru Friday but since we do use USPS
(United States Postal Service) we do ship most Saturdays as well. CLEARED
payment means, actual deposited funds - when you send us an e-check via paypal,
it takes 5-7 business days to clear, and we don't ship before it
does.
First Class Parcel
Post has a delivery goal of 2-9 business days
and is comparable to UPS/FedEx Ground, only cheaper and with more primitive
tracking: it might say "package accepted...", "package en route...", "package
delivered..." - not exactly to the minute when and where and
how.
Priority Mail
has a delivery goal of 2-3 business days and is comparable to UPS/FedEx
2-day-air, only waaaayyyyyy cheaper and with the same primitive tracking as
mentioned above. You are always being sent an email with the USPS tracking link
when we process your shipment, so you have it and can check it. Asking us where
your item is doesn't make much sense as we have the exact same information you
have been sent.
Please note that it is their goal to deliver in that time
frame. Ebay puts it in every auction by default that sellers are not responsible
for the shipping service transit times, sometimes it can take longer, like
around holidays. If you need full tracking,
you are welcome to let us know your UPS/FedEx account number, and we will ship
your item any which way you like. Everything is possible, as long as you are
willing to pay the price for it. Please read the About

International Shipping By default we ship USPS
International Priority Mail. Delivery goal is 6-10 business days, and
according to our experience USPS is mostly on the lower end of that delivery
goal, except for high volume times such as holidays. If you need your
shipment faster and fully trackable, again, you are welcome to let us know your
UPS/FedEx account number, and we will ship your item any which way you like, as
long as you pay for it. Please read the International

Customs and
Duty Your order will not
include customs fees, duty, taxes or brokerage fees that are incurred for the
package in order to clear customs in your country. These fees are different in
each country. To find out what the fees are for your country, please contact
your national customs office. Again, please remember we do not govern what your
country customs agency will charge you to clear the goods we ship to you and we
are not responsible for any part of this amount.
In German: Ihre Bestellung enthält keine Einfuhrumsatzsteuer,
Zoll oder Zulieferergebühren, die für Ihre Sendung anfallen, um in Ihrem Land
