Ana Maria de la Fuente is a Peruvian artist who, during the past 2 decades, has successfully explored - with great success- wood sculpture, drawing and ceramic among other techniques. This Sculpture Program graduated, from the Fine Arts Faculty of one of the most important universities in Peru (Universidad Católica del Perú) has been selected in various international contests in countries as Spain and Argentina and her pieces have been presented in numerous solo and group renowned exhibitions.
With all this experience and recognitions, now she presents us a compilation of her work and shares her vision of her changing motives through time.
Her work presents certain notes and characteristics that appear as a constant punctuation: the search for signs and schematic forms; the pursuit of a not necessarily obvious concatenation; the serialized use and exposure through conductive axes; the warm approach to the materials and the modulated game of basic elements.
The playful element plays an important role for her, therefore, in many of her works, the observer will easily find references to the toy of the past, or will associate them with infant creations.
In her words "sculpture is an instrument of knowledge that allows us to approach closer to the laws that rules our lives. Sculpture work vindicates the person who creates or appreciates it in its private and in its universal dimension, letting us see life’s mysteries."

To help you get a better deal and save on shipping, the default shipping rate is 1st class mail with insurance, which includes a tracking that is NOT trackable online. Express mail service is also available, has online tracking and is highly recommend. Express mail shipping is required when orders are of $200 or more.
Estimated time of arrival:
We ship 2-3 times a week, 0-3 days after payment. Estimated time of arrival is 10-15 days after shipped with fisrt class mail, and 5-7 with Express mail. So at the latest you should receive your package 18 days after payment received.
SHIPPING COST:
We do not over charge for shipping. If our quote is too high, we gladly refund the difference to you. Actually, for most of the times I charge less than what it really costs. If you think you were not charge a reasonable shipping charge, please contact us before leaving any low-star detailed feedback rating. Handling IS FREE. Any customs fees or duties incurred are the sole responsibility of the buyer. As far as we know, none of our buyers have needed to pay for customs duties before.
