Victorian hand blown glass was produced in dirty conditions, and sometimes may have ash or dirt specks. All of these features are expected to occur in antique glass, we will not accept a return on an item because it has these features. We will accurately describe any chips cracks or other damage that would impact the value of the piece, so you can bid accordingly.
