         General Policy/Terms & Conditions:   

• Item is sold AS-IS unless otherwise noted (see item description).

• Item is sold without accessories probes, power cord, software, carrying case, etc.)  unless specifically mentioned in the above description.

• No implied or expressed warranty unless otherwise stated.

• Item descriptions are as accurate as possible but may contain errors.

• Photo images are of the actual item.  What you see is what you get. 
  Technical information is provided as available.

• ROR:  Item has 5 day ROR (right of return) for a full refund minus s/h BOTH WAYS.  You pay return freight for ROR items.  Refund is for bid amount only.  Shipping, handling and Insurance is not refundable.  Original shipping container and packaging materials must be retained for ROR items.  HANDLING FEE IS NOT REFUNDABLE.

• Payment is expected within 3 days of auction end or time of purchase. 
  We reserve the right to rescind any sale if not contacted within 3 days.

• PLEASE contact us IMMEDIATELY if you have a problem with our item(s) or service.  We pride ourselves on exemplary customer service and communication.  We work hard to satisfy all customers.

• Your feedback is important to us.
  PLEASE contact us BEFORE leaving negative feedback to discuss your concerns.

• We currently have skids of equipment that have yet to be placed in inventory, and we are looking to move items quickly. We need to make room!

• If you don't see what you need, contact us. Your much-needed piece of technology may still be waiting for a spot on our shelves!

• WARRANTY: Item is warranted for 90 days after it is received. During this period USED TEST EQUIPMENT will repair or replace, as it sees fit, the equipment at no charge to the customer. If any equipment should fail during the warranty period, AFTER RECEIVING RETURN AUTHORIZATION, it should be returned to USED TEST EQUIPMENT prepaid. Items damaged in shipping or through customer abuse are not covered by this warranty policy.
  NOTE - For domestic sales - in the event of a warranty repair we will cover the shipping cost to return the repaired unit back to you.  For International sales - we will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the repaired unit to you.

• IN THE EVENT A SOLD ITEM CAN NOT BE CALIBRATED BEFORE DELIVERY: Before our items are put into inventory they are examined in our lab for operational status.  Some are then stored in the warehouse until sold at which point it is brought back into the lab for a complete testing and the issuing of the 'CAL/CERT'.  Others already have a 'CAL/CERT' issued before being placed in the warehouse. Though rare it is possible for the item to be found during the 'CAL/CERT' process to have a defect not apparent in the initial operational examination.  At this point the item is fully reconditioned with the defect corrected... HOWEVER there are times the item my not be repairable or the manufacturer no longer has a part needed to correct the problem.  We stock most parts here but there are the times we need to order it and it could happen the part is unavailable.  We have multiple units of most of these items and can find one that is completely operational or take a part from one to fix the other.
  
  In the event the 'CAL/CERT' can not be issued we can recommend a different similar unit, work out a price reduction if the present condition is operational for your specific purpose OR we will gladly refund your payment in full with our sincerest apologies for your disappointment and inconvenience.

• eBay Shipping Calculator total includes the handling fee if any.

• Shipping costs are actual shipping charges plus handling which includes packaging material and time spent insuring safe delivery or your items.

• All orders are shipped F.O.B. Willow Grove, PA 19075 unless otherwise noted.

• Shipments are made via UPS Ground unless otherwise stated.  We will ship via alternate methods providing:

  • You provide the shipping label and/or account number

  • Your preferred shipping method must be discussed and agreed upon BEFORE you bid on or purchase the item.

• Shipping costs will be combined on multiple item purchases

• We will ONLY ship to your confirmed address where a valid signature may be obtained.

• Optional Insurance is $0.50 per $100.  We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit if you do not purchase shipping insurance.

• DAMAGED SHIPMENTS: In case of shipping damage, it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipper. The customer should inspect the shipping container upon arrival and note any evidence of damage on the freight receipt. If concealed damage is found after opening, the customer should file a claim with the carrier at once. You must retain the shipping container and packaging materials.
