TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

This package is good for 12 months from date of purchase.  This package is priced low and we are including the free gifts because this is a resort promotion.  While you are on your vacation, all that is required of you is to take a 90 minute tour of the Resort and learn about vacation ownership during your trip! 

 

You are under NO obligation to buy, join or sign a thing at the tour and the rest of your vacation time is yours!  By agreeing to the 90 minute tour, you will be saving big time on your vacation!

You must also meet the following requirements:

  • At least one person in a married couple or co-habitating couples must be 25-69 years old

  • Married couples must attend the presentation together. 

  • The address of both parties must match your picture ID's address.

  • Single women between the age of 30-69

  • No single Men.

  • You must speak/read/understand English fluently.

  • All participants must be US residents.

  • Children over 12 are welcome. We do have a daycare while you take your tour.

  • You must have a major credit card (NO DEBIT CARDS)and a valid drivers license or state ID to set dates we must have a copy of file.

  • Your before tax annual household income must be at least $50,000 US

  • This vacation package is not good for groups, such as;  more than one family or friend traveling on separate promotional packages to the same destination on the same travel dates.
