Tungsten carbide rings are created from a technologically advanced process which blends Tungsten and Carbide powders together at very high temperatures (up to 1350 degrees Celsius). The outcome is impressive jewelry that is virtually scratch proof. The finishing on the tungsten carbide rings involves a difficult procedure. The end result is a perfect polish, high shine mirror finish that will last forever.

Tungsten with carbon and other elements are ground into a powder and then compressed with high pressure dies to form a ring blank. The blank is then fired in an oxygen free furnace at astounding temperatures. This process called sintering creates the hardest metal used for making jewelry. The ring is then cut and shaped with approximately 50 steps required for completion. This fabrication process is in many ways comparable to cutting and shaping gemstones.
