With in the continental US via UPS Ground.
• Shipping to PR, AK, And HI is
available on some parts at an additional charge.
Please contact us for more information about PR, AK, and HI shipping.

outside of the Continental U.S. The only exception
is PR, AK, and HI. You must call us for shipping to PR, AK, and
HI.

We do not ship to PO or APO boxes. Your order must have a
physical address.
Orders with only PO boxes will not ship until a physical address is
provided.
• Tracking information is
sent at time of shipment in most cases. If you do not receive
your
tracking number please check the

• We do not ship to Canada
or any other Countries under
any circumstances.
• We are UPS and FedEx Hazmat
certified. If buying an Air Bag from us, Your package
will be
handled properly. Air Bags are classified Hazmat for their explosive
nature. It is
Illegal to send and receive Hazmat that has not been properly handled.
All Hazmat
leaves here with all necessary paper work in certified hazmat packaging. The
cost of
hazmat shipping and handling is expensive. The shipping you pay on these
items
is what it costs us to properly ship and handle them.

Payment
We accept the payment forms listed
below. Payment is expected within 7 days of auction end. No exceptions.
At the end of the 7 day period your item will automatically be relisted
for sale. An ebay item dispute will automatically be opened and you will
no longer be able to access the check out for this item.

Paypal - Our preffered method of payment. You must use our check out
for
Paypal. We can not send you a
money request through Paypal.
• Money Order - Check out must still be
completed when sending money
orders. You will get our address upon
completing check out.
• Credit Cards - Credit cards can be used
in our check out with out having a
Paypal account. We can also accept
Credit cards over the phone. Any credit
card order over the phone totalling
over $350 will require a credit card
authorization to be faxed or email.

• Cash - We accept cash in person. Pick Up
hours are 8:30 - 4:30 est Monday
thru Friday. You must contact us
first before coming to pick up your order.
• We DO NOT accept personal checks, cash in the
mail or wire transfers.

6.0% Sales Tax is charged to all in
state buyers NO EXCEPTIONS Sorry there is nothing we can do to wave the
sales tax.

Warranty - 6 Month $ Money $ Back

conditions. All parts are guaranteed for 6 months under normal use. Our
warranty covers you if the part fails in service on your vehicle. We do
not cover labor fees under any circumstances. All items must be
installed with in 30 days of receipt. Customer is liable for all UPS
shipping charges. Freight shipping on freight items such as engines and
transmissions are dealt with on a per case basis IF the item falls under
a warranty claim. Freight charges are not refunded on items being
returned for reasons other then what is outlined in our warranty terms.
We have been an auto recycler for over 20 years bringing the best
quality standards the industry has to offer. If for any reason there is
a problem with a part, you are covered by us. We are always willing to
work with you to make sure your experience with us and with ebay is a
positive one.

Returns - 30 Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to
return your item for a refund. This policy is for items that fall
outside of our warranty terms. Our warranty covers you if the part fails
on your vehicle. Any items being returned for any other reason must be
done with in 30 days of reciept. Any parts sent that are wrong or
damaged also fall under our 30 day return policy. Nose cuts are not
returnable once cut. If theres a problem
with a part you must notify us with in the 30 days. The customer is
liable for all original and return shipping. Tom's Foreign Auto Parts
will only cover original shipping if we are at fualt for sending a wrong
part or a damaged part. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee
at the descresion of Tom's Foreign Auto Parts. We ask that you please
contact us before returning anything back to us.

When our system shows that you've left a positive, it will automatically
return the favor for you. Please contact us before leaving any negatives
