 This item is a flat slab of rough dark turquoise colored stone. This is a man made stone I have no idea if the stone used is Turquoise. I was told it was but it is from China and I have learned to doubt most of their statements about stone types. However it is a very nice dark turquoise colored stone that cuts great and polishes to a brilliant shine. I am sure it is a dyed stone but it is a very superior job with a very nice even color. This piece measures 2 1/2 x 1 1/2 inches and is 6 mm thick. This rough stone will cut some nice cabochons for yourself or someone special in your life or maybe just a piece for your collection. The picture below is the actual piece you are bidding on.
