GENERAL INFORMATION

Payment: We expect the winning bidder to pay within 5 days unless further items are to be purchased or bid upon, in which case it's fine to wait to pay all at once and enjoy shipping discounts. But please advise us of your intentions. Since we are charged for items whether or not we get paid, we must report non-paying bidders to get the Ebay credit.

Insurance: We recommend insurance on all sales over $50. However, our policy is that insurance is optional. That said uninsured items are the responsibility of the buyer. If you do not receive your item within a reasonable amount of time, or if it arrives broken, and the item has been insured just send us an email and we will work with you to get reimbursed. If requested, we will try to insure shipments outside the continental U.S. However, the post office does not offer insurance to some locations. Please ask before you bid if you need insurance and you live outside the continental U.S. If you don't ask we will assume that you don't want insurance and will ship without any, at your risk.
