You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Orangeonions within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All return requests MUST be obtained via e-mail to sales@orangeonions.com. Orangeonions does not accept return requests over the phone. Merchandise must be returned in unopened, unused, sellable condition in order to receive credit. Full credit will be issued for unopened merchandise returned within 5 days of your receipt of shipment. A 15% restocking fee applies to all products purchased through eBay and Amazon. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the merchandise return is a result of an Orangeonions error, the return shipping costs will be paid in full by Orangeonions.
Gift Returns
You may return new, unopened items received as a gift that were sold and fulfilled by Orangeonions within 30 days of delivery from Orangeonions for a full refund. Proof of purchase is required with an order number and/or contact information of the original purchaser. All return requests MUST be obtained via e-mail to sales@orangeonions.com. Products under Warranty
Products that are under warranty must be returned to the manufacturer’s warranty center. If there are any problems Orangeonions will be happy to help filing the warranty.
Damaged Shipments
Orangeonions makes every effort to safely secure and ship all packages, but sometimes merchandise can be damaged during the shipping process. Merchandise damaged during shipping should be reported to Orangeonions via email at sales@orangeonions.comsales@orangeonions.com within 24 hours of receipt. The shipping company will provide Orangeonions with a visual inspection of the merchandise and box. If the damage is the result of a shipping error, replacements of the damaged merchandise will be reshipped or you will be issued credit for the amount of the damaged merchandise.
Canceling Your Order
If you decide you would like to cancel your order from Orangeonions, please call 1-877-457-5238 or email sales@orangeonions.com immediately after purchase. Orders can be cancelled and refunded prior to packing and shipping. However, order cancellations received after shipment has occurred cannot be cancelled or refunded. Remember that Orangeonions enforces lightning fast shipping standards, so please call or email immediately after purchase to ensure cancellation.
Back Orders
Orangeonions regularly stocks every item carried. Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product, occasionally Orangeonions may run out of certain products. In this event, an estimated time will be given to you of the availability and delivery of the product. At this time you can cancel your order for the product or you can proceed under the new delivery timeline. If you choose to continue with your order, you can opt to postpone shipment of your entire order until the product is available, or receive a partial shipment of the in-stock item(s) first and the out-of-stock item(s) when they are available. No additional shipping charges will be incurred by the customer for these partial shipments.
