reBOOT Canada is a federally registered charity, with locations across the country. reBOOT Canada accepts donations of computer equipment and gives out tax receipts for their value. What is usable is refurbished and offered to Canadian charities and non-profit organizations for an administration fee -- reBOOT is a private charity that operates without any government assistance.

We remove all useable parts from our donations. Parts that are deemed unusable (due to damage, obsolescence, etc.) are recycled. What remains is sorted into two categories. What is in demand by charities is repurposed for our clients. What is not in demand by charities is sold on eBay to raise funds so we can continue to serve our clients as inexpensively as possible

• We ship to Canada, USA, UK & Australia. Within Canada provincial taxes are applied. All orders are subject to a small handling fee.
  
• Local pick-up is by appointment only. The local handling fee is applied.
  
• Proof of purchase must be presented in the form of a PayPal receipt.  If you arrive without the POP you will not get the item.
  
• Cash/Cheques not accepted. Only Paypal is accepted.
  
• We will refund bid amount for DOA but item must be returned to us for proper disposal.
  
• Lost or incompatible items will not be refunded. It is your responsibility to check if the item will work with your system. This includes Vista compatibility.
