TWA Trans World Airlines 1pcs Stewardess Undershirt Slip Uniform C16
The corporate history of TWA dates back to 1930, when forced merger of Transcontinental Air Transport and Western Air Express, formed T&WA. Unknowingly its name would soon develop in to Trans World Airlines, then to TWA Airlines LLC.
Rooted in to America’s history, the airline nearly went out of business in 1931. Prospering through WWII, bankruptcy in 1992, then again in 1995, it would be the merger with American Airlines in 2001 that would end booking on a TWA flight.
Little is left of TWA, and now is your EXCLUSIVE chance to own a piece of TWA History. Now OBSOLETE, this is your RARE opportunity to add this special piece to your collection!
Fashioned in/around 1963, this ecru colored undergarment was used by the stewardess of TWA. Sold as pictured, it has been used and remains in good condition. There are some minor pin holes and a small tear on the bottom of the right sleeve, but otherwise its fine. You definitely want to add this one to your collection.
