These stockings can be worn with or without a garter belt. They are a PLUS size and made for a figure up to 200 pounds. They are new, made by LEG AVENUE. Stockings are  not returnable and they are not guaranteed against snagging or runs. It is suggested you wear gloves when handling delicate hosiery and always hand wash in cool water.
