 This is brand new. (I have receipt if you would like a copy.) I installed it in my house 1 week ago but discovered I need another type of relay.  This relay controls 4 zones--can be set up as 3 zone house, with a 4th zone as priority for hot water.
It controls circulator pumps-I don't think it works for zone valves.  It is easy to set up.  If you have questions about installation you can contact me.  This unit comes in the box with instructions.  I will ship immediately if you order.
