Tactics Ogre PS1 PSX Strategy Guide lot RPG RARE VG Cmp

Hello all and thanks for looking, up for grabs is the very rare and awesome game Tactics Ogre on the Sony Playstation 1(PSX or PS1 for short). This game comes from my own personal adult owned collection and is from a smoke free and pet free home. This auction isnt just for the game though, oohhh no, this auction is for the game and guide. Now, back when I used to work at EB games all those years ago, was when I purchased this. I am not the original owner of this game so I did buy it 2nd hand, however the gentleman that did trade it in was the original purchaser (he was a regular customer from what I remember and was in the store frequently) so I knew it was in good shape and I bought it, this was also back during the time when places like the now bought out EB Games also took in strat guides as trades as well, whichi was also purchased originally by the same guy who traded in the game. Basically what I am saying is that so far this game and guide have only ever exchanged hands once so far.

The guide it self is in beautiful shape, there are no rips tears or folds or stains or writing of any kind. The game is also in very good, beautiful shape. The jewel case does have a few cracks in it in the front and back(nothing major though)and the manual does show very minimal signs of usage or wear(basically, you know, from being read alot or something to that affect)but the manual does not have any tears or ripping or writing or stains. The jewel case and guide both do have some very slight sticker residue in the upper right hand corners from where the original price tags used to be. The disc is very shiny and reflective, with just a few ever so slight barely noticeable(only in the light)light surface marks. Again these are marks, not scratches, scratches cause indentation or grooves which you can feel when you slide the edge of your fingernail across, this does not have that tehy are very light surface marks which you can barely see but can not feel. Game plays perfectly and flawlessly as it should.
