We only ship, items cannot be picked up, so please do not inquire about local pick-up.

When the package is shipped, UPS will email you the tracking number to your email address listed in paypal. Please make sure your email in paypal is correct. And, please check your Bulk, Trash or Spam folders for the email. If you haven't received your tracking information from UPS, you can always email us directly at lisaswatches1@yahoo.com and we will be happy to look up your tracking # for you, and email you back with this information

UPS cannot deliver to a PO Box address. Please include a note with your payment stating a physical address where your watch can be shipped to you.
APO and FPO: USPS insured $10.00
UPS only ships on business days: Monday-Friday, which means that if you buy a watch on Wednesday, with UPS 2nd day air, and we ship it out on Friday, you will have it the following Tuesday. (Saturday is not considered a shipping day.)
International: Canada: UPS Standard $14.99 or USPS EXPRESS $34.99 (Highly Recommended)
All other Countries: USPS Express $34.99
We will add the USPS tracking number to the paypal payment.

Returns Policy
If a watch is not working when it is received we try to fix or replace it and if we can not we will refund your payment minus shipping fees. We can only accept returns if they come back to us in the exact condition as when they were sent out and within 7 days of receipt.
You would be responsible for the return shipping fees.
If you just do not like the watch and want to return for a refund we will refund your payment minus the shipping fees and a 25% restocking fee to cover our listing fees, eBay fees, and relisting fees. There are no exceptions!
