This is the later version of the Stand Up and Cheer dress as shown on page 11 of Tonya Bervaldi-Camaratta's book Shirley Temple Dolls and Collectibles. It measures 8 1/2 inches from shoulder to hem, putting it in range for both the 20 inch and 22 inch Shirley Temple composition dolls of the 1930's. Since it came with the 22 inch doll I currently have listed, though, I would lean to it's being a 22 inch dress. It is in excellent condition, with no rips, tears, holes, spots, stains or repairs, but it has been laundered to the point that the non-NRA tag is faded and the size tag is blank.
