This instrument was purchased directly from an authorized refurbishing center, who more than likely purchased it directly from the manufacturer. Though listed as a "used/2nd hand" item it is actually like new! The reason these instruments are listed this way is to avoid fraudulent warranty claims. The refurbishing centers, and our store, are required by the manufacturers to label them as used. These centers test, check and fix any minor flaws that might have been incurred during the manufacturing of the instrument. They make sure the instrument is in top playing condition before shipping it out. We also personally inspect each instrument before listing it and again before shipping it. Everything that leaves our store is in working order (unless otherwise stated). There is rarely ever a noticeable flaw in these items to qualify them as used and when there is, we will always note it in the item description and provide clear photos. This guitar will be stamped "used" or "2nd" on the back of the headstock.

 Please notice that these are not to be confused with other instruments that we have for sale, as we ALSO sell actual pre-owned instruments. To save confusion, always look for this disclaimer if you want an instrument that is cheaper but not pre-owned.

The products listed on our eBay store are only a small portion of what we have. If you are looking for something that you do not see please email us and we will get it for you. If we can't get it, you don't need it!

This item ships out within 2-5 business days via UPS or Fed-Ex Ground. Tracking information will be emailed to the customer within 24 hours after the order has shipped. Buyers located outside the lower 48 United States must contact us for a shipping quote before purchasing. Returned items must be shipped back to us within 48 hours of customer receipt and we must be notified 24 hours after your receipt of the item.

All shipments are insured yet it’s the BUYERS responsibility to keep any damaged item in the original packing so the shipper can inspect the damage. Otherwise the item can't be returned for a refund. No refund will be given until shipper settles claim.

WARRANTY:

This is a reconditioned or factory 2^nd item as explained in the listing.  Due to this the factory warranty is no longer valid (unless where noted otherwise in the listing). This is standard practice for refurbished and reconditioned items. However, I am so confidant in the quality of the products that we sell and the service of our company that I will extend limited lifetime warranty for the guitar myself.  If the guitar ever has an issue that was not a result of direct negligence (i.e. you dropped it on concrete) or from regular wear and tear (scratches, worn gold plating, doesn't "sound" like you want, etc.) I will fix or replace it for FREE!  Like I said, we’re here to change the standard for eBay sellers!

PAYMENT POLICY:

We require payment within 24 hours of purchase and/or auction close. We are not a mom and pop shop.  We are an active, nationwide, distributor and have a large demand for our instruments.  Please do not bid if you do not intend to purchase or cannot pay for this item, someone else will.

SHIPPING POLICY:

 Due to our large volume of sales this item will ship within 5-10 business days from receipt of payment.

This item will ship exactly as stated in the eBay listing.  I will email you the tracking number the same day the guitar goes out. SHIPPING TO THE LOWER 48 STATES ONLY.  If you would like shipping somewhere else please inquire BEFORE placing your bid.

RETURN POLICY:

EVERY product that leaves Rockstar Supply is thoroughly tested and inspected for your convenience and ours.  We want to make you happy the first time around and make sure that quality product leaves our doors.  We also make sure that every item is thoroughly and safely packed and insured before it leaves our hands.

Returns ARE ALLOWED only if we delivered a different product to you than the one advertised in the listing.  We take photo's and inspect each instrument before it leaves our shop.  Swapping parts and buyer’s remorse ARE NOT a good enough reason to return. If you did happen to get something other than what was listed all we ask is that you re-pack it with all the same materials it was shipped to you in. All returns MUST arrive in the same condition as they were when originally shipped from us. You must receive our RA# before shipping back to us. If you do not do this or the item has been tampered with the return policy is not valid. All refunds will be given after we inspect and verify the instrument in its original condition.

EXCEPTIONS:

If you wish to return your instrument after the 24 hours due to some unforeseen reason you will be charged a 25% restocking fee on the circumstances of the return and at the discretion of Rockstar Supply based off of the discussion between the seller and buyer. If the item is returned due to something that is out of our control, .i.e. you changed your mind, failed to read the entire ad and/or details, etc.  You will be charged the restocking fee.  We are certain you can understand these rules as they are binding and the terms of the listing. We will refund any shipping cost to or from the buyer; UNLESS it is deemed to have a restocking fee applied to the return. In that case the buyer will be responsible for all return shipping.

South Carolina residents will be charged a 6% sales tax.
