About this nonprofit:
To rescue the big cats we can and to change the perceptions and practices that cause so many exotic cats to be abandoned and abused.

Takoma is a male bobcat who was born on June 1, 1996. 

 

This t-shirt sports a unique design, reminiscent of an Andy Warhol creation, which shows Takoma four times in four different colors.  

 

He came to Big Cat Rescue in May/1995 with his friend Divinity when his owner became ill and couldn’t care for the two cats.  Takoma is the prettiest bobcat at Big Cat Rescue.  He is so dramatically spotted that some think he’s an ocelot.  He is also one of the most loveable bobcats.

 

This shirt includes a beautiful quote by Edwin Way Teale:

“Those who wish to pet and baby wild animals 'love' them…but those who respect their natures & wish to let them live normal lives, love them more”.
