General Shipping Information

• Orders will ship within 1-4 days of payment receipt, though most will ship within 24 hrs during weekdays. We do not ship on weekends or various national holidays.

• For replacement, merchandise must be returned within 20 days of receipt and in the original packaging accompanied with packing slip.
• Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges.
• All returned products found to be non-defective upon inspection will be subject to a restocking fee.
• Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price and shipped via traceable means.
• No returns will be accepted if the original packaging is damaged and/or missing accessories for defective products
• Short-shipments, DOA (Dead On Arrival) and Deviations products must be reported within 5 days from delivered date.
• Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
• A refund may be issued if replacement is not available
• Software, including but not limited to Operating Systems, Travel Guides, and related items, CANNOT be returned once they have been opened.
• Refunds will be determined by the purchase price of the product
• All shipping costs are non-refundable.  Items with free shipping that are returned for a refund will have the shipping cost deducted from the original purchase price.
