All items have been inspected for parts and damage. We will offer a 7 day money back guarantee if the product is not as described.   

Items listed as NEW have not been used and are either shelf pull overstock items from National Retailers or they are customer returns that were not used.  Most if all items are going to be opened so don’t expect items to be sealed but anything listed as new has not been used and is in perfect condition in the original packaging.

Items listed as customer returns have been returned to a retail store and the description needs to be read carefully.  Some returned items are tested by us to ensure they work properly, some are only tested for power and some are not tested and will be sold as is.  Please bid accordinly.  Please understand that not all customer returns are for damaged or non-working merchandise, some people simply buy the wrong size or color or the item just wasn’t what they expected.  We try to be as clear as possible in our listing.

SHIPPING

Product will ship using UPS Ground and we can combine shipping, ½ off 2^nd item.  Please email an invoice request after all auctions are closed.  Product will ship 1-2 business days from auction close/payment received unless otherwise noted in the item description.  Some items will ship in the original packaging so if this item is a gift and needs to be concealed, please email me for a price on extra packaging.  Usually just a couple dollars depending on the size of the unit.  We will do our best to package more fragile items to the best of our ability to prevent damage and claims.  Local pick up is available, my facility is located on the Northeast Side of Indianapolis.

LOCAL PICK UP

We offer free local pick up to those in the Indianapolis area.  We are located on the NE Side of Indianapolis and prefer customer pick up’s to be made on Monday’s and Tuesday’s between the hours of 10 am and 6 pm.  Other arrangements can be made, please email after auction close.  We can also only keep items stored for a week and ask that customer pick up’s are made in a timely manner as space is limited.

Payment

Payment is due 24 hours from auction close. If payment cannot be made within 24 hours, please contact us to let us know so the product does not get re-listed.
