This is a Taylor 314ce.  It is a cutaway and has a pickup in it for plugging in.  Sounds amazing and plays great!  It is in great condition.  It comes with a hardshell case.  It stays in tune very well also.  There was new strings put on it not long ago.  Come January it will be around 2 years old but it is still in almost perfect condition.  It has a good action and sounds and plays very smooth.  The battery for the pickup is very easy to put in also, it takes a 9volt and you dont have to take the strings off and put it in through the sound hole like some guitars.  Let me know if you have any questions about it and happy bidding!
